Brief

Telenor Group, one of the world’s top 10 telecoms, came to LeapQ looking for a means to enhance the strategic marketing capabilities across all of their 13 European and Asian operations.

Solution

We leveraged an existing but under-utilised strategic framework, enhancing it with our proprietary methods as well as with new bespoke tools and step-by-steps guidelines. The result was a complete end-to-end strategic marketing planning and implementation system. We then designed an engaging and experiential master class programme to bring the system to life for their people.

Results

Over the course of 3 ½ years, we’ve trained over 900 Telenor top executives, directors and managers from Norway to Malaysia and have coached several Telenor business units through their strategic planning process. Today, Telenor Group’s strategic marketing transformation is complete. All business units are successfully using the system, NPS and brand preference scores have improved across multiple markets, and commercial metrics are on the rise.
